Machine Learning in Hand Pose Estimation 3 (Implementation of an academic paper) - open to bidding

I am looking for someone who has an experience in implementing machine learning in hand pose estimation using depth data. [login to view URL]~dtang/[login to view URL] The minimum work is to implement the concept, train and test a few samples to show that the implementation works. The code of the algorithm used can be found here: [login to view URL] Regarding the development environment, Linux is ok but it would be great if it's on Windows MSVC 2012 C++.
