Looking for a smart contract developer, that speaks and writes clear understandable english.

Hi there,

We are looking for a developer that can assist us. A developer that has the patience to explain us the technical aspect, how to operate and is able to complete the required task.

We are launching our ICO soon, and to raise funds we are selling our tokens.

We want to achieve the following:

- Our token base value is based on FIAT, 1 USD = 1 token.

- Our investors can purchase our token using different currency (crypto/fiat)

- 1 token is always based on 1 USD.

The smart contract(s) must be able to do the following:

- Keep track of the investors erc 20 wallet address.

- Keep track of the tokens

- want to use a ether based smart contract. that keeps track of tokens sold

- We want to use the ERC20 smart contract to pay out to all the token holders

We have generated our tokens contract. These tokens will be sold during pre ICO and ICO.

As we know the price can't automatically be linked to USD. But it is possible to use a new smart contract that updates every 15 minutes (adjustable?) to let your contract know the current ETHER - USD price. In this way, we can use an actual ETHER – USD price.

Also, we would like to use [login to view URL] to give a transparent overview of all tokens.

We want to have this asap developed.

And offcourse we are open to suggestions, like to talk explain our product hence why we need to have clear communication possible.
