I need help to use the pandas library in python: I have a file list. In this list the name of each file correspond to the record date (e.g. [login to view URL]). I need to read the folder where the file are recorded, and create an excel file with a time serie (one year, start the 01 of january at 00:00, with a row each 10 minutes). I this excel file I need to have on column with the date and time (formated like this 2017-01-01_00h00, 2017-01-01_00h10... 2017-12-31_23h50) and a column with the number of file recorded for each row ( = each 10 minutes). For now I have something working very slowly, without a proper format of the time in the output file.
