Encyption: Base64-encoded signature

Hello I am looking for someone who can create a Base64-encoded signature, this signature is for a REST API and it is created by client side. (Android app)

I have a pair of keys created inside android app and a string hashed in SHA256, this Hash must be signed with the Private Key created, the result must be send to a ENDPOINT.

I have some examples of the signature result in Base64-encoded, but I can't get that same signature.

So the person must have good understanding and familiarity with encoding.

I will bring the key pair (Public and Private), the hash and the result signature done with the private key. Your job, get the same signature, and with that I will know how to implement this inside my app.
