Easiest Job you will ever bid for: Looking for recommendation of a very good backup client for NAS

Looking for recommendation of a backup client for backign up my data on Windows 10 to my Synology NAS. I have tried a number of them and nothing seemed to meet my needs. Acronis True Image is good but it saves files in the *.tib extension, whereas I need my file saved in their native file extension for easy retrieval. StorageCraft ShadowProtect is really good but only saves at the drive level and not folder or file levels. So I am seeking another backup software. Windows have a backup feature, its not good, and does not give me the features like third party software. This post you I am seeking a backup software recommendation.
