I need an deep learning/artificial intelligence based algorithm that:

Given an anonymous human voice recording (voice file) and set of human voice samples (e.g. files), the algorithm can detect to which item/person the voice belongs to. That is, can find the voice identity. for example, if we have a database that contains voice samples of each person a city, then if we are given an anonymous recording of person from the city, the algorithm will find to which person the voice belongs.

Then, I also want a high-level system architecture for the system above.
