Create Java application to generate contact numbers and save as Vcard

I need app to generate phone numbers and it should work on Mac. details: When user opens the application, user will TYPE country code Number of digits ( If user entered 5 , it will mean that number is 5 digits XXXXX, ) Then user will press "Generate 2500 Random Numbers", the app then will choose RANDOM numbers from the specified range. For example, if it was 5 digits, the app will generate 2,500 random numbers from 00000 to 99999 Complete example Country code = +999 Number of digits = 6 (that means 000000 to 999999) App will randomly generate numbers like +999875434 +999872109 +999000093 ..... etc until we have total of 2500 numbers Now these 2500 numbers should be saved as Vcard ((( 1 Vcard for all 2500 numbers NOT 1 vcard for each number) To make sure you read all details, please write the Apple at the beginning of your application. ==== All freelancers are welcome to participate regardless of their experience give that they will be able to finish and complete the project successfully.
