This bot must provide an intermediate platform for users to work indirectly at freelancer.com and [login to view URL]

Employers in our company should work in freelancer.com and [login to view URL] but all of them should look for projects they have skilled at, but they could not work simultaneously with one freelancer.com and [login to view URL] account on their computer.

So this telegram bot must provide a platform to our employers to:

1. browse and search for projects in freelancer.com and [login to view URL] by their chosen skill

2. see bids and the description of each project

3. set a bid for each project they want

4. one ADMIN user should review all bids that our employers set and if he/she confirmed the bids must automatically set in the freelancer.com or [login to view URL] (based on which one of them the project is provided on) after he/she verified the bids in the bot

5. employers could request TRANSLATOR

6. if TRANSLATOR is requested, a TRANSLATOR user should be prompted

7. the TRANSLATOR, translate each messages transmitted between employer and employee

NOTE: all transactions that happen in our telegram bot is hidden to employee at freelancer.com and [login to view URL] and they don't know that any telegram bot is in the middle

NOTE: all actions can be done by APIs that freelancer.com and [login to view URL] has provided
