I need someone to design a software program that can analyse drone images for specific natural objects. For example I upload geotiffs of the land to the program and it can identify a particular weed, let's say lantana apart from everything else around it.

I will need the software to identify the following animals;

wild dogs, pigs, foxes, rabbits, feral cats and deer

And the following weeds;

African Boxthorn, Chilean Needle Grass, Tree Pear, Lantana, Blackberry, Firethorn, Green Cestrum and St. John’s Wort.

Will you use TensorFlow?

I understand that the AI needs to learn what these exact objects look like until it can automatically pick up on them.

I need a quote on how much someone will write this software and create an easy to use interface.
