Build a machine learning platform to predict stock prices

I am looking for someone who can develop an ML platform with algorithm(s) using Azure that can analyse and predict the following:
i) Future Stock prices for at least 15-20 stocks.
The basic dataset (CSV) will have:
- Time
- Price
- Change
- Vol
- Buy/Sell
- High/Low
The ideal platform should be able to:
- Predict stock prices for the forecast at least 5 stocks over 3-6 months.
- Highlight the accuracy of each prediction for each stock prediction at any given time
If you can scrape data such as market Sentiments (News, Social Media, Press Release and etc) from the web that would be a plus point.
Requirements:
- Examples of other projects done on Azure Machine Learning
- Examples of other algorithms that do something like this project (own made)
- High feedback/recommendations
The project should start with a demo (proof of concept) with the view to engage for future projects in the pipeline. One of them is the prediction of future FX Values (Regression) and Trends (Classification) over a particular period.
After this project the plan is to add move values such as indicators and market type to the dataset.
