A Windows service app to check a directory for the presence of an XML file by polling the directory every 30 seconds. if the file is present then some minor modifications are required to the XML file. Once the changes are completed, the new XML file is copied to another directory and the original XML is moved to an archived directory.
The source, archive and destination folders should be configurable.
The polling time in seconds should be configurable.
