Application integration

I am working on developing my marketing process, and I need a good follow-up system. I use the following to market my business Online: MailChimp OnePageCRM Wufoo forms ScheduleOnce TextLocal Facebook Instagram Online Magazines Offline: Flyers Networking I want a system which automates as much as possible my marketing funnel Process Prospect sees my advert, goes to my landing page and signs up for a free session,: ([login to view URL]) The sign up form is either mailchimp or wufoo, I use Zapier to update OnePageCRM My issue I have several ads running and I want to be able to track where prospects are coming from I want to use Mailchimp for my email marketing campaign and I want to keep OnePageCRM updated with relevant information from Mailchimp (I figure I can use zapier to update OnePage) If I make an update to a prospect in OnePage I want to update Mailchimp if necessary (zapier again) Based on prospect action I want to trigger either email or text message OnePageCRM I want to be the place I manage all prospects/leads/clients .  These applications offer free or inexpensive versions, I want to use these to the full extent keeping my monthly outlay at a minimum
