396313 t-shirt customization software

i would like a custom t-shirt design software developed...much like how [login to view URL] has their set up, but my site only will deal with baby t-shirts, baby hats, and baby onesies from 6 months to 24 months. I would like the software to have preselected design schemes for customers to select from, maybe from a free image site, and also a chance for them to upload there own custom image to add to t-shirt...it should allow customers to change colors and also to add text, it should also allow customers to change location of the image they wish to add to the t-shirt, sock, or onesie. If you feel you can complete this project or have a background in this sort of field of web development, please let me know.
