I need a person with indigogo crowdfunding experience to build a following within the u.k on Facebook before our launch

I am looking for someone who has experience on indigogo to help us get a following on Facebook for our prelaunch. Needs to be able to target people interested in crowd funding projects within the u.k Needs to provide previous work done and examples We would like to target London and SURROUNDING areas possible. I have been let down in the past with people saying their doing the job only to find out its bots and the followers were not within the u.k so please do not apply if thats all you can do.
