INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING - NEED WOMAN IN USA

I am going to be launching an online women's boutique and I need A WOMAN who is VERY influential on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter etc. to promote my boutique. This person must be very well connected in the fashion industry, have many ORGANIC, REAL followers on Instagram and other social media sites and provide their Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter pages that I can check for compatibility. I am looking for this person to create meaningful content that relates to my demographic and engage with my followers on social media. Most importantly, I am looking to turn these followers into customers, so this person MUST be able to drive my target demographic to my store through posts, shout outs, stories, bios, etc.
I will pay as we go...I will need to start off small until I see what you can do, but would be willing to spend more on the right person. Everything will be based on the organic traffic to my social media and how engaged you can be with my followers. Absolutely no bots or fake followers. Looking for someone to target young women ages 21-40 and drive them to my social media sites and to my store.
