I don't know the Chinese language and I need to find a domain owner in China. I tried all possible methods and so far I have not been successful. I need a freelancer who can get in touch with Chinese detectives from Guangzhou city. Project Requirements: 1 - Contact detectives from Guangzhou City and get three quotes on how to locate the domain owner. 2 - These quotes/proposals must contain all the data of the detectives so that I can hire one of the detectives. 3 - I will provide all available data about the domain owner so that the detectives can make his proposals to find this person for me.
