Simple Magento Modify Project

I Installed Magento theme and i would like to change some parts. I have a 4 more website to modify and lots of projects needs to be done,i'm looking for long run programmer. Anyone whos winner, i will contact them First to request next project. (picture "[login to view URL]") 1.1 Landing page home CMS modify( i know how to use basic php and html) i dont want padding space between images. I want to control by basic html on Red box ex) if width is 1000px, i have to be able to use full 1000px) 1.2 change product image to show full product image with title and price( i dont want yellow box to come out when mouse over) *this part may already installed on magento (picture "[login to view URL]") 2.(product detail page) This is simple part, i want it to look like this, Its already installed theme on magento. I just cannot find where i can switch it. (picture "3before_after") 3.(product list page) product has to be show up full size(currently its cutting left and right) (picture "4") 4.1 Shop by move to Right 4.2 Banner on right hand side everytime.
