Shopify Expert Needed for a Website Redesign

We are making a website redesign for a client in the natural health supplements niche. We need a Shopify expert to execute this by following the instructions in a previously prepared presentation document on google slides alongside the different other assets needed for this. The website is functional but we need to improve the visual part to make the website look more modern and professional (colors sync, photos, removing emojis), but also update some of the apps and functionalities in order to increase customer value and the conversion rate. Someone who can give advice on Shopify apps from their experience, who knows what upsell apps may interfere with each other and be nonfunctional if they're applied at the same time. Html, css, and other programming languages are important because some parts of the current website are made with simple coding so if they're meant to be changed we need someone who will know how to recognize and change them. We don't want the website redesign to decrease the website speed so we need someone who can accomplish this while also paying attention to the website speed and mobile responsiveness.
