Shopify Customization and App setup

Here are some functional requirements I need help to implement on a shopify store. These can be manually implemented or they can us “shopify apps” to add this functionality, some apps are free and others paid. I am happy to explore both options. Members only pricing 1 Prices only display to logged in users Can be done manually [login to view URL] Can be done through an app [login to view URL] 2 Need different pricing tiers as some resellers have better pricing 3 Checkout options for Credit Card (shopify payments), direct transfer (suppling bank details on checkout), and on account (no payment is made, the order becomes pending and has to be approved by the wholesaler to make sure they have enough credit to cover the order) - Some example apps that might cover some or all of the above features: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Transaction Fee if checking out with Credit Card (to pass on payment gateway fees to customer) - This app does it but I think you can do it manually without using the app [login to view URL] Shipping calculator - integration into API for shipping calculations at checkout, we have box size and weight for each product so this can be done. I don’t know if there are apps that can do this.
