Job Description: We are hiring a full assistant who not only excels at handling chats, calls, and repetitive tasks but also has a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Shopify, basic HTML skills, and the ability to support our development team in managing website content and minor coding tasks. You'll play a crucial role in helping streamline our day-to-day operations, answering repetitive inquiries, and assisting with technical tasks to allow our developers to focus on larger projects. Responsibilities: Answer and manage chats, phone calls, and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses Join meetings to assist the team by addressing repetitive questions and providing technical support Assist with Shopify website updates, including product listings, content management, and theme adjustments Perform basic HTML updates and troubleshooting on Shopify and WordPress platforms Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing communications Handle repetitive and routine tasks to ensure efficient workflow Collaborate with the development team on light technical tasks and minor website fixes Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) Basic experience with Shopify development (including product updates and theme adjustments) Basic knowledge of HTML for web content management and troubleshooting Proven ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency Ability to answer phone calls, chats, and emails promptly and professionally Experience with Shopify and WordPress platforms Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications: Entry-level Shopify development experience, including minor coding and theme customizations Familiarity with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and WordPress Previous experience in an administrative or technical support role Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack Basic coding or development experience is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for growth and development in web technology Hands-on experience with Shopify and web development tasks Flexible working hours (if applicable)
