Shopify Pricing Structure Development

We're looking for someone who has experience in working with Shopify themes to help us develop a Wholesale Pricing structure. The apps that are available in the Shopify app store can't don't quite cover all the features we need. Here's the goal of the project: - Be able to have our "Wholesale" customer groups receive access to the "Wholesale Pricing" that we set. - The Wholesale prices will all be unique, not just a blanket discount. Each item will have its own price that we need to be able to edit. - We need additional discounts to be applied for wholesale customers dependant upon another group they belong to. Example: Customer A and Customer B are both in the "Wholesale" group. They both will have access to wholesale pricing. Customer A is in antoher group called "Tier 1" so they'll receive an additional 5% basket discount on top of the wholesale pricing discount. Customer B is in another group called "Tier 2" so they'll receive an additional 10% basket discount on top of their wholesale pricing discount. We are currently using a purchased theme called "Bicycle." This new wholesale plan would need to integrate with it seamlessly.
