Add another "Limited Edition Prints" section to my Shopify website that displays 4 select prints from a colleciton

My Shopify website is [login to view URL] On the homepage of our website we currently have a small section titled "Shaun Tan's Limited Edition Prints" which shows 4 products from a specified collection as well as a button linked to the larger "Shaun Tan's Limited Edition Prints". Each component of this (including title, collection, button text and button link can be easily edited by me in our themes admin. I would like a freelancer to completely replicate this section so that there are two separate Limited Edition prints sections on my home page, both showing 4 products each. The new one should be displayed directly above the old one, but it will have a different title, specified collection, button text and button link. I would like this to be completed on a inactive copy of our current theme, before I approve. Once approved it can replace the current theme. I've atatched a screenshot of the section on my homepage which I would liek to be replicated as well as the theme admin panel I use to edit it. This should be a very simple quick job as it is simply replicating a feature that already exists.
