I want you to create a complete Career path for multiple roles. Requirement: Starting from Fresh Career level to Practice Manager Level, we need all roles Career paths along with what skills and Certifications required at which level. For Example. There is a fresh graduate, who starts his career in Microsoft Sharepoint. So what are starting positions for a Fresh Graduate and what career path he can take to grow in his career and ultimately become Practice Manager for that department. We need to create such a career path document which helps a person to choose opportunities for growth. Techical details will be shared in private message for confidentiality.
