We are currently using an excel spreadsheet to log and track quality control issues that are raised and I would like this to be recreated as a Microsoft PowerApp or Sharepoint database with Dashboard overview.
Tables would include:
List of issues Logged
Each item raised could have multiple cost lines added to it.
List of employees
List of suppliers
List of departments
List of cost categories
Log new Issue
View Outstanding issue with the ability to filter by supplier / employee / department.
Ability to keep updating quality issue until it is closed out.
Summary of results with easily filters views.
