We are a local business in a moderately large city with a basic website. SEO work so far has been good and currently ranking on pages 1 and 2 for sought after keywords. However, I don't have the time right now to continue ranking this site.

I need 100% white hat SEO done and maybe some small redesign to make website look better and be more engaging.

If this goes well and you can show proof of increased ranking then I am happy to work on an ongoing basis.

If interested, I would like you to assess the website and provide a plan of how you are going to proceed and once agreed on a strategy and a price we will be ready to work together.

Specific requests are to rank numbers 1-3 in organic SERPS and also 1-3 in Local Pack for up to 10 keywords.
