File aggregation of call record files

I receive call detail records in a semicolan deliminated file as one per day.

I need a vbscript (or other easily executable format) which will take all the *.cdr files in a folder I create (lets call it \cdrin) and output a stitched together file of all the files in aggregate (lets output to \cdrout) while dropping the first line of each CDR file after the first one which is just header info, so I can open it in Excel and manage the data. You can output in semicolan or comma deliminated, whatever is easiest, so excel can handle it.

I will retrieve the input files myself and put them in the appropriate folder.

I will attach a sample of a few of the files in the detailed portion.

## Deliverables

There will typically be 30 files in a batch but there could be up to 90.
