FIX INTERSPIRE SENDING AND DELIVERABILITY PROBLEM

I want someone with vast experience in fixing problems in interspire email marketing software to help me fix the issue with my clients' hosted interspire software on 4 different domain names.

The software has been installed. But when you send out emails, it will tell you sending completed. But there are 2 major problems that keep re ocurring even when it says sending completed.

First problem is incomplete delivery of email to list. For example, if I sent to a list of 15,000. It will say sending complete, but will show "sent to 7000 out of 15,000. I want the problem here to be fixed such that sending will be complete only when it has sent to 15,000 out of 15,000.

Second problem is, after sending is completed, it still doesn't deliver email to some addresses supposedly sent to. Like email at hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc.

If you have experience in fixing this kind of problem, please bid by telling me what you think is wrong in both cases and what you will do to fix the problems.
