It is a legal requirement that all portable electrical equipment (i.e. equipment plugged into the mains) in the workplace is “safe, well-maintained and suitable for the purpose for which it is being used”. The simple way of achieving this - and the method universally accepted is to have the equipment PAT tested and certified annually or bi-annually.
The business is based in Radlett, Hertfordshire and covers Hertfordshire, Central and North London. We need to generate sales with small to medium sized shops, offices, surgeries, gyms, factories and other clients such as rented out properties (via estate agents).
We would like to discuss the budget and a method of payment but wonder if this can be solely or largely commission based. Possibly a more generous commission.
