I require an experienced telephone sales person for telesales pan India.
The job will involve calling Heads of HR & L&D in large corporates and introducing our services to them.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to think on their feet, be proactive in their approach and be very self directed.
Because of the seniority of the decision makers, a persistent approach will be required to get through to them. It is likely to take a number of attempts because of how busy their schedule is.
The job will be 10 hours per week to start with. This will be 2 hours per day, 5 days per week. One hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon.
Leads will be provided.
Candidates must fulfil the following criteria:
1. Be based in India
2. Be completely fluent in written and spoken English
3. Have the ability to speak Hindi
4. Have experience in a telesales role
5. Have a phone and a computer with a good internet connection
