Assitant in Costa Rica Needed

I need a permanent full-time assistant/appointment setter. Starting Jan 2, 2018. Your main task will be booking appointments for me to meet with business owners who are interested in advertising with their local real estate broker. Duties: Generate call list on Google Docs Make 10 appointments per day (YOU MUST HAVE A PHONE AND BE ABLE TO DIAL SOUTH AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN) Make test calls to prospect cities (YOU MUST SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND FLUENT ENGLISH 100% NO EXCEPTIONS) Manage my calendar Book hotels and car rentals* Manage inbound calls Generate e-contracts Close sales over the phone sometimes Send emails Other duties may be added Full training will be provided. You MUST be responsible. You will be paid every week. I depend on pre-booked appointments to complete my work. BONUSES will available after 2 weeks.
