Looking for Cash Buyers Sales Agent to Sell our Real Estate Wholesales/ Investments

Needs to hire 3 Freelancers Hi My name is Nathali I am a real estate wholesaler in South Florida. I am looking to expand massively over the next 6 months and I am looking for my team to expand with me. My company is @DealsWithDignity and we are looking for Sales agent to help us service our Cash Buyers . We need someone who is committed and who is looking for a long-term job. We prefer someone who has a strong sales background. As a marketing assistant, you will be calling cash buyers to sell them our wholesale deals. Must speak great English & SPANISH** Must be extremely fun and love high standard goals. We consider ourselves a very good mix. Responsibilities ● Manage and create relationships with investors/buyers ● Research and Analyze properties on MLS ● Disposition properties to investors/buyers Qualifications ● Must speak great English & SPANISH** ● Prior sales experience is required. ● Preferably Real Estate experience ● Must love people and love fun. ● Must work well under pressure. ● Base salary + commissions Compensation Requirements: ● Must speak and write English. ● Must have a reliable Internet connection. ● Must be responsible, committed, and punctual. ● Must have great optimization skills. ● Must work have worked on Eastern Time zone before ● Must have great communication skills ● Must have great negotiation skills ● Must be coachable Pay is negotiable+ commission, 40hours a week 9am to 6pm EST **English & Spanish speakers are preferred but not mandatory If you are interested please reply with "I have a read the job post entirely" and then explain to me how you will be a great fit.
