Huge Software Commission Based Sales/Leads Rep + Bonuses

Hi there! I currently own and manage a website design & development company. We are looking to hire some-what of an independant sales rep that is interested in working very closely with us to create a seamless and professional sales funnel for our leads. We currently sell website design/development services which start around $2,500 per full size project. We also take on smaller design work such a logo design, brand identity, banner design, and more. Our typical work consists of primarily full web projects. We also have a "mobile web" product that we offer customers at a rate of $25/month for a fully function mobile website. We also offer a free 30-day trial that includes 1 ad on their site. Our current commission is 20% for any external sales you bring in and convert. You will recieve 10% on provided leads that you close. The "mobile web" product has a $5/monthly recurring commission that you can build up over time and will be granted from provided leads or external leads. --------------------------------------------------------------- For example: Convert 1 Responsive Web Project: @ $2,500 - 20% = $500 (external sales) @ $2,500 - 10% = $250 (provided lead) Sign Up "Mobile Web" Customers: @ 50 Customers = $250 /month @ 500 Customers = $2,500 /month @ 1000 Customers = $5,000 /month --------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a long-term partnership to build a strong relationship and reliable system. Future promotions and bonuses will be offered to suitable prospects. We provide full training on all products, project management dashboard, processes, and sales systems. This can be considered a "sales rep" based position. You will be expected to comply with our Independant Sales Rep agreement which will outline all of the commissions and details if you are interested. Your job requirements will require the follow: - Establish connection with leads/interested consumers - Follow up on strict sales schedule with all consumers - Schedule "Free Consultations" with interested consumers - Find/contact interested businesses to generate new business - Setup client with project management account We are open to working with an individual or an experienced business. We will require proof of sales/communication experience, or a demonstration of skills. We also require STRONG english speaking candidates. Preferably based in the USA.
