Hello, I'm an Italian experienced Ruby On Rails developer based in Czech Republic, so I live in your same timezone and I respond to communications pretty readily. Unfortunately, the project description isn't very detailed, so I can't describe the steps I would adopt, but, if it's a matter of modifying some pre-existing code, it shouldn't be a problem, I worked for 8+ years on other people's code.
