Rails webpacker bundle issue in Production environment (Ruby on Rails Expert Required)

We are using rails (react) + webpacker for deployment in the production, we need someone to diagnose and fix the error, then give us a brief report on how it was fixed. All details of setup will be given by our Techs via Slack.

Tech stack:

Rails 5.x

Node version: 8.x

Mina - for deployment

Issue facing:

FATAL ERROR: CALL_AND_RETRY_LAST Allocation failed - JavaScript heap out of memory

What we tried:

node --max_old_space_size=4096 adding more memory to node doesn't work.

Skills Required: Rails, aws, mina deployment, node, npm , webpacker
