Find Software For Me To use For My Trades Business

Someone with experience / knowledge in the - technology side of trades & home services / - gig economy & flexible workforce space would be preferable for this job I have a business in the trades / home services space. Our model is a bit different to traditional trades business though. We don't employ our staff, we use contractors only. We revenue share with contractors and many of them have their own businesses outside of their work for us. (Think of Uber drivers, freelancers. It's all about gig economy / flexible workforce) The customer is our customer, not the contractors (different to a franchise model) I have a current software solution that is not working for me (too many bugs etc) I am looking for an existing software solution that I can use. One of the key features we need is for a contractor to be able to schedule their availability so we know when to book them in for jobs We also need to be able to blast out jobs based on matching criteria, then the contractors accept / reject jobs. There are plenty of existing solutions - but they suit businesses that employ their staff full time and don't really work for us I would like a freelancer to do the research and make recommendations on what I could use.
