I need someone to assist me with writing an appeal. I will provide the content, but I need someone who knows the ins and outs of the requirements of the Indiana Appellate Court (i.e. knows the Indiana Rules of Appellate Procedure in terms of what needs to be included in the appeal and how it must be formatted). I also need some help with some legal research topics as I write the appeal. I am requesting someone in Indiana that has prior experience writing family law appeals.
