RESIGNATION LETTER

i simply want to resign from the university and want to write a effective resignation letter due to constant systematic failings, institutional bullying etc. and finally complete lak of faiath in administration of the university. long story short I was suspended based on discriminatory substances, my allegations Brought up by people who don't like me was found to be completely false however they have revoked the suspension after finding nothing but cornered me whereby I have no option to leave. I would like a resignation letter written or drafted where I can submit with a proper legal advisor writing it up. I can provide further details/documents to provide evidence. How much would s job cost for his? Just a resignation letter but emphasise I don't want any marks/red flags on my student records because the false accusations brought against me, the consequences was me suspended without investigation, lost a years worth of studying and at the end suspension was revoked as no accusation proved to be true yet no-one was held accountable for me losing over a year of studies and suspended for no reason without listening to my side. I have then received a letter after internal investigation by university that non of the allegations proved to be true. I don't want this affecting my chances at different universities hence I would like your best advice/writing of resignation from their university without affecting my possibilities of joining new universities since the accusations was dropped and I was still given a place to study next year however I fail to see anyone accountable because of what I believe failure of staff to meet my needs and a unfair investigation. I have suffered mental health issues (was given antihistamines for a week or so after the incident by my GP as it had such an effect on my I count sleeper over a week (doctors records have it), financial issues and even loss of study which can effect my future earnings due to this nonsense.
