Students are expected to reflect on the self-care conversation from class. Students are expected to discuss what their individual triggers are for stress, and what they plan to do to overcome them as they move through the IMS curriculum. What do your triggers look like at different points in the semester (the beginning of the semester vs. the end of the semester, etc.) and how do you work through them differently based on the timing in the semester? How are your triggers for stress different in a university setting as opposed to a community college (if applicable)?
