Hi,
I am looking for an individual or a company to prepare help/faq documents for websites and softwares.
Required skills are :
-to use websites/softwares and create a list of possible questions from users
-to use image editing softwares (such as Photoshop) and add screenshots with annotations where needed
-Prepare all data in Microsoft Word format including text&images ready for the web developer to add to the website.
-Clean and understandable usage of English.
-IM communication (where needed)
Anyone who has previous jobs done similar to this please provide samples and you will be favoured.
