On Going Blog, Article, Industry Related News, Tips, How To Guides etc Writing - repost

We are looking for someone with an ongoing service to complete the following works related to my target audience. 1. We require 5 articles per week (20 a month) which covers, blogs, articles, industry related news, how to guide, tips and creating extravagant themed content for our costume website. The information is required to be site specific, we will not accept information that does not relate to our website or doesn't have content that can be linked back to our website. 2. Blogs & articles are to be between 400-500 words. 3. We will provide you with a list of our keywords which need to be incorporated within blogs, articles etc and linked back to specific pages of our website (inbound linking) You are also to refer to our website and provide costume names, brands, themes etc listed within your article so they can be linked back 4. All content is to be SEO friendly and reviewed prior to submission, especially for google 5. You are to do researched based material, not copied from any other website, all unique and one of a kind blogs and articles. 6. Blogs / articles etc are to contain at least 1 picture with link to item on our website (inbound linking) 7. We request that the person who is appointed also completes Submission of the blog / articles etc to 100 sites per week which is related to our website. (We will review each site and if we do not agree you are to remove from that site and replace with a new one) We require a full list of sites that you submit to every week. 8. We will provide you with pictures if needed, but any pictures, youtube etc that you decided to use are to be approved and not copyrighted. 9. Social media marketing (facebook, twitter, google+etc) all articles / blogs are to be suitable for these sites 10. All blogs, articles news etc are to be delivered in word format and XML format to be published on my site 11. It should include both static and dynamic content and it should have best-practice SEO techniques at its core 12. You will provide articles with your research on the product, theme, category etc. Information can be taken off our website, but you cannot use content from any other website, everything must be unique and in your own words. Avoid duplication as only unique content will earn you sustainable organic search rankings Keep your content relevant as it will improve both your rankings and the experience of your users Create a static content schedule to add substantive, long-life pages to your site Invest in dynamic content to keep your site fresh, useful and relevant Payment will be provided to you after I have received each article, blog, news, etc (We will work out a deal via paypal to be paid) A good long term relationship is to be built. Each written piece between 400-500 words will be $6 an article (therefore x5 a week is 5 x 6 = $30 a week for all of the above) Only serious and ENGLISH writers please, they are to conform with Australian laws.
