WebGL based 3D modeling for Cargo Stowage on Ship

We need to model as per the attached dimension a 3D model of ship (near to ship looking model) and show how to fill these ship with cargo. This ship will have two box shape hold, cargo hold 1 and cargo hold 2. Each of these cargo hold will again be divided into upper cargo hold and lower cargo hold. So now we have 4 box shape spaces which need to be filled with cargo. There is also a list of cargo with a volume in cubic meters. There are four types of cargo – Pallets, Drums, Boxes and Pieces. In 3D model one should be able to choose a cargo and drag it to location (e.g. Choose Diesel Fuel in Drums and store in upper cargo hold 2 as per the attached images). This should look like drum and occupy the volume as mentioned in cargo details tab. Similarly other cargo can be selected and stored. In view the cargo list should be available on the same screen in which the ship 3D model and user can drag the cargo from the cargo list and store in the desired space on the ship.
