Hello, I am an expert in 3D modeling and I have been able to experiment with Augmented Reality with Unity 3D to make a presentation of a project for a single-family home for a client (I created an application so that from his cell phone the client could visualize a virtual model pointing to a printed marker). I understand that the project requires the availability of my time for more than a month and I have it. I usually work with 3D modeling with Revit and AutoCAD and if you also need a render, I do it with Lumion (you can see my work in my profile). What would be the format of the models to be delivered: .dwg, .fbx, .obj ...? As the duration of the project will be more than 6 weeks, I expect to receive a weekly payment according to the work done during each week. As you can see in my offer, I would be charging only 40 dollars per day, 200 the week, ¡¡$5 an hour!!, and I make this offer for the prolonged project.
