3D model from plans, photos and already built basic model (Archicad 17)

To build in Archicad 17, 3d model of the house on the PLN file, where the basic model is already built.
The file will be transferred in PLA format later on to the awarded person. The footprint is correct on PLN file. The attached PDF from planning office are slightly different. The differences can be easily corrected by using the attached photos. More photos will be transferred later on to the awarded person.
Pre-built model is for general dimensions purposes only, the thickness of the walls roof details etc needs to be corrected properly as per photos and elevations. Internal plans all walls white, no need for furniture, only walls and doors.
