i need an interior designer to provide an overall concept for a duplex house of 4 bedrooms. the exteriors and landscape of the house are already done. the interior may or may not be related to this. the process will be: 1. Suggest and Decide on a Design concept - am looking at a modern, minimalist and Asian fusion concept - materials must not be exotic. wood, ceramics, etc. will work - this part 1 will be an intensive brainstorming until we agree on one concept 2. Interior Design based on concept - based on the agreed concept, you will do the interior design in terms of furniture, placements, etc. kitchen, bathrooms, etc. 3. Visualisation - the visualisation can be photo-realistic or simple - i have another person who works with me on 3D photorealistic renders. so we can take your visualisation and render them separately NOTE: I will only choose a freelancer with the right experience and portfolio.
