Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1- as you require the entire structure to be made on I beam, this will mean the poles to be welded on the support flanges (for the bolted connection onto the concrete pile) and to have a connection flange with the trusses... (also the trusses will need the flanges) 2 - i don't agree with drilling the beams in order to plaque with wood... rather come up with another solution (dray wall mounting rails, clamps, etc - drilling the beams at the distances required for the wood to fit well will diminish the integrity) 3 - the roof is necessary to be offsetted a bit to allow venting 4 - normally, if no wall, would be necessary some reinforcements on the top corners in order to avoid skewing Regards Bogdan
