We are looking for an experienced HR recruiter that can help us recruit sales staff and internet research staff in Anhui, China. You do not need to physically be in Anhui.
- Organise job posts on job boards (and any other effective recruitment channels)
- Screen candidates to identify those good ones. Talk in English as part of the interview to test their English ability.
- Arrange face-to-face interviews between candidates and our managers in Anhui.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Experience in recruiting in China
