React Estimation Application Stub

Searching for a React designer / developer to create a standalone web application stub (no back-end data connectivity and functionality required) based on the provided design specifications, and basic UI interactivity requirements.
The Micro App will consist of Five (5) Screens: (Full detailed specifications within the attached PDF).
• Estimate Screen
• Presentation Screen
• Materials Screen
• SubPay Screen
• Sales Screen
All back-end development and final front-end development will be completed by my team of developers. This project is meant to act as a Quick Start to get the UI layout operational and presentable for a proof of concept.
The React Application must be built using the latest React version, and adhere to best-practice standards. Coding variable naming, components, methods and comments need to be completed in English.
This proof of concept feature will be loaded and accessed from a larger Laravel / React Application, so please keep that development concept in mind.
The development code must be responsive and include design breakpoints to accommodate Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop layouts.
Zoom check-ins / development progress demo's will be required.
