Need advanced programmer in R to analyse code

I have 160kb R script. That R script will make feature engineering, and several machine learning training and validation and test actions. Programmer will not run script or do data mining. I need only 1-2 sentence above each script. Code already has description but I need 3 things : input, output and 1-2 sentence explanation what code do. So I need detail description about code. For example programmer will write above part of script : ######################################################################### # Input is data.csv. Output is [login to view URL] code will remove empty cells in table and replace with 0. ######################################################################### I need advanced R programmer who knows GBM, libfm, random forest methods . maybe v. wabbit. Programmer need to know to understand code of cross validation, data manipulation. So only job is reading code and writing explanation. Job is based on hourly rate. This is not hard task for advanced R programmer.
