For the task I will require a good dataset if you have then give it to me else I have in mind best dataset which is there on github for this task. Method-- I have solved some problems for machine learning using scikit-learn,I will use both nltk classifiers and sklearn and for further greater accuracy I will eliminate unrelevant features.I will use the best algo from BernoulliNB, MultinomialNB, LogisticRegression, LinearSVC, and NuSVC.
