Setup and run existing code of python, bash, sql, etl to redshift on AWS

Need to setup amazon environment to run existing code so we can have a development environment ready to use. We have 3 repository of code scattered and need to trace and setup in amazon cli way to run. There are csv data files that are ftpped and there are scripts that check if a file is fully loaded then runs the ETL scripts that cleans it and then put into redshift. After in redshift need to run more sql cleaning and then run reports. There are some changes and need to move to one central place combining the 3 repositories. I have adhoc requests now and then for changing or loading things, so this can be a part of a longer term project. When bidding on this, tell me what database and what version is redshift is based on?
